How Was The Avatar Saved In Ultima VI's Intro?

The avatar stands in front of Lord British in his throne room at the start of Ultima 6.

Regarding the series of events, from the Britannia perspective, that led to the avatar being in british's throne room at the beginning of Ultima VI.

How did the companions know the avatar was (tricked?) by the gargoyles to being sacrificed, and where, and how to get to save the avatar? There were two red moongates. Who created them and how and why?

Imagine Lord British just chilling with Shamino, Dupre, and Iolo in the throne room then Nystul runs up like "I have a vision that the avatar is in danger right now. British, use your moonstone to open a gateway to the gargoyle sacrificial slab!"

It seems Nystul did all this. It would be cool to see that scene.

I'd like to see the scene of Nystul discovering this.

It would also be cool to see this, and the sky as well with its two moons.
